In accordance with the "GB7251.2-2006 Standard", the HFDL type aluminum-based tap transmission bus series products produced by our company have passed the inspection of the Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Medium and Low Voltage Power Distribution Equipment and obtained the compulsory product certification (3C certification) certificate.

Ⅱ、Product structure

1.The transmission bus is made of pure aluminum, grade: 6063#, when the ambient temperature is 20℃, the DC resistivity≤0.028264Ω㎜2/m.

2.The power transmission bus is covered with an insulating protective cover, made of PVC flame-retardant hard engineering plastic, with reliable insulation performance, good anti-corrosion performance, brown-yellow appearance, and the neutral wire can be designated as green.

3.Each transmission bus has a fixed-length length of 6 meters. According to the required length of the power supply bus in the workshop, the single transmission bus is connected by conductive connectors, called connectors. The load capacity of the connector is greater than that of the connected power transmission bus, and the connection is fastened with bolts and nuts, and the contact is firm and reliable. Each connection head is equipped with a connection box made of flame-retardant engineering plastics for insulation protection. Each connection head can be used as a connection point for power transmission. If the required connection point is not at the junction of the power transmission bus, a connector can be installed at the required position of the bus. The power bus bar connected at the connector can directly transmit electricity to the electrical equipment through the control switch. The input power is connected to the power transmission bus, and the output bus is connected to the control switch, all connected with aluminum-copper joints.

4.According to the actual needs of the workshop, the transmission bus should be connected in various different forms: straight connection, plane turning connection, up and down turning connection, middle branch connection, middle branch connection and connection of specification conversion.

5.Fixing and supporting of the power transmission bus: According to the situation of the work site, the bracket is generally connected to the I-beam or other fixed body, and the power transmission bus is placed on the bracket. Between the transmission bus and the support, a special insulating seat is installed to locate the phase between the transmission bus and add insulation protection between the transmission bus and the support (see the assembly diagram)

6.Installation form: The basic form can be divided into vertical installation and horizontal installation. Horizontal installation can be arranged in multiple layers. It can also be designed according to site conditions.

7.The determination of the transmission bus and the installation method: the current carrying capacity of the transmission bus must meet the total power load of all equipment on the work site. There must be a layout plan for the location and direction of the transmission bus, and the determination of the support form should be carried out on-site survey. The installation diagram shows the basic form, in which the horizontal installation can increase or decrease the number of layers according to the needs of the work site, and the connection between the bracket and the I-beam can be connected at the I-beam part or the rib part.

8.The arrangement of the electric busbars is straight, and the range passed by, including the turning point, should not be obstructed by walls or other objects. It is especially important to note that there is a height difference between the two sets of electric busbars. Vertical connection up and down, the connection should also pay attention to similar conditions, and there should be appropriate installation space.

Ⅲ、Features of main parts

1.The cross-sectional shape of the power transmission bus is square, and convex ribs similar to heat sinks are designed in the cavity. The power transmission bus can be connected with a connecting board on both sides when connecting, the connection is reliable, the conductivity is strong, the output line is easy to install, and it is easy to dissipate.

2.During installation, the power transmission bus is of a shelving type, and a support seat is installed between the bus and the bracket. The installation of the power transmission bus is convenient and reliable.

3.The connection of the power transmission bus is a double-sided pressure plate connection, which doubles the contact area. The surface of the pressure plate is processed for flatness and polishing, and conductive paste is applied between the pressure plate and the power transmission bus during installation, which effectively improves the electrical reliability of the connection part. The connection of the output line during installation is also convenient and reliable.
